Even though the products sold on our site may look and work the same as those original shoes, they are not made by the original brand companies. We sell affordable top quality reproductions or replicas of brand shoes found in the public domains. Brianatwoodsales.com is dedicated to providing the best and newest brand shoes at great discounted prices.

We start by purchasing original brand shoes and shipping them to our factories in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Our work team has been hard at work, getting every detail right so that we can confidently offer you what we believe is the most accurate brand shoes you will find anywhere. Q2: What if I cannot place an order successfully online?

If your order has been packed well and you still want to cancel it, we are afraid a 5% packing fee will be deducted from your refund. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it.

Q5: What is your shipping policy?

Because all of our shoes are hand-made, it takes 3-4 days to process and ship, and usually arrives within 10 working days. We are sorry that NO overnight shipping service is available currently.

Q6: How much shipping fee will be charged for each order?

We provide fast and traceable shipping worldwide with NO charges!

Q7: How can I track my order?

After your items are dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email and be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

Q8: How can I make return or exchanges?

You can contact us at weddingpayment@gmail.com . As a general rule, articles in resalable condition are acceptable to be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days after they were received, accompanied by a sales receipt.
